You can take measures to beat it, all you need to select the refreshing drinks for your Iftar table. Though water intake is the best option to stay hydrated, there are times when you crave for a flavorsome treat. And for all such cases, make homemade drinks that not only taste great but will also keep you well hydrated.


Long hours of exposure to the sun will certainly leave you dehydrated. And the best way to deal with that is by having a chilled glass of lemonade. Get a glass of cold water, squeeze a lemon in it, add a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, stir. And your defense against heatstroke is ready.

Watermelon juice
